We understand pets can be hard on things and we strive to make products to last and withstand all dog types/personalties.

• Includes, but is not limited too, manufacturer defects, product malfunctions, sizing issues and incompatible dog personalities within 60 days of purchase.

• Does not cover damage caused by abnormal pet chewing, tearing or other defacement as well as common wear from use, or use of dogs exceeding the weight and height limit set for each product.

If you have a warranty request please follow the steps below and our team will review it within 24-48 hours. If your product is deemed to meet our K9 Ruff & Tuff Guarantee, a new product(s) will be issued so you and your dog can get back to your adventures!
